Leader, Writer, Speaker, Compulsive Organizer & Clutter Destroyer
Thank you for visiting my website! I’m thrilled you are here! My journey began in the eastern Pennsylvania suburbs of Allentown. Yes, the one Billy Joel sang about. I’ve been fortunate to live in other great states like Florida, Kentucky, South Dakota and for a few months, Michigan was home. Along the way, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Asbury University and master’s degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. I am certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and am an Everything DiSC® Certified Trainer. For more than 20 years I’ve had the privilege of leading church and nonprofit organizations, staffs and volunteer teams helping them use their skills and strengths to serve others. I’ve been involved in my community through Habitat for Humanity and Rotary International.
I am passionate about helping people see the positives in life and believe that we can accomplish what we want if we have the right skills and a tribe that supports and encourages us. By day, I write and speak to inspire people to make positive changes in their life. By night, I dream of being a Super Bowl winning quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys and a NASCAR champion.
This site is the realization of a dream I’ve had for several years to create a place to write about, learn from others and discuss creativity and how it relates to leadership. Creativity is essential for those of us who lead others. In everyday moments and in the heat of crises, leaders are tasked with coming up with creative solutions that will move their team forward.
My hope is that you’ll find positive encouragement to seize the opportunities that each new day brings. One of my favorite quotes is, “Today is non-refundable… Make it unforgettable.” May your hope be ignited so that you can live with joy, laugh out loud and love wholeheartedly. I’d love to hear your thoughts.
What others are saying
I’ve been fortunate to meet some wonderful people along the way. Here are a few nice things they’ve said about me. I’ll spare you the haters.
Todd’s speaking ability and messages are always inspiring and energizing. His warm approach unites people for any common cause. It is simple to predict that he will become one of our great leaders in the years ahead. Any group that has the opportunity to be in his presence will be the benefactors. – Homer Rice, Director of Athletics (retired), Georgia Institute of Technology & former head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals
Having had the privilege of speaking in most major cities in the United States and Europe, it became a custom to observe other speakers very closely. I have had the pleasure of hearing Todd Weber speak many, many times. His ability to communicate his love and understanding were as good as I have ever heard. – Harry A. Donovan, Donovan, Klimczak and Company, Akron, OH.
