About Todd Weber

Hi, my name is Todd Weber and I am thrilled that you are here!

We are flooded with messages, advertisements and news daily. Some of it uplifting and some not so much. Staying positive as a leader is a daily challenge. Sometimes, we need a word of encouragement so we can keep going just a little longer.

My purpose in writing is to encourage you to see the upside of things. I live in the real world and know life can beat us down. I want to offer a word of hope. As Disney Chairman Bob Iger says, “People just don’t want to follow someone who is a pessimist.”

Here’s a little of my story. I grew up in Florida, attended college and grad school in Kentucky and now make my home in South Dakota and Wyoming. I have been a pastor for more than 30 years, serving a variety of churches in a variety of settings. I have been fortunate to live in some of the most beautiful places in the United States. Currently, I am privileged to serve as pastor of Douglas Congregational Church, in the wild western town of Douglas, Wyoming. I am a husband and father of a blended family of 5 grown children. I’ve been involved in my community through Habitat for Humanity and Rotary International.

My favorite topics to write about are creativity, leadership, public speaking and spiritual growth. My hope is that you’ll be inspired to seize the opportunities that each new day brings. One of my favorite quotes is, “Today is non-refundable… Make it unforgettable.”

My prayer is that your will live with joy, laugh out loud and love wholeheartedly.  Thanks for taking time to check out my site!

What others are saying

I’ve been fortunate to meet some wonderful people along the way. Here are a few nice things they’ve said about me. I’ll spare you the haters.

Todd’s speaking ability and messages are always inspiring and energizing.  His warm approach unites people for any common cause.  It is simple to predict that he will become one of our great leaders in the years ahead.  Any group that has the opportunity to be in his presence will be the benefactors. – Homer Rice, Director of Athletics (retired), Georgia Institute of Technology & former head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals

Having had the privilege of speaking in most major cities in the United States and Europe, it became a custom to observe other speakers very closely.  I have had the pleasure of hearing Todd Weber speak many, many times.  His ability to communicate his love and understanding were as good as I have ever heard. – Harry A. Donovan, Donovan, Klimczak and Company, Akron, OH.
